The hotel stay was convenient and parking our car and getting the shuttle in the morning was easy The problem comes when you’re returning, and the shuttle only comes on the hour. We got our bags at 5:10 so would’ve had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle. We ended taking a cab which cost us an additional $45

Hotel lobby is updated but rooms could use the same. I left some medication on the bathroom counter and it was not turned in to lost and found. Shuttle service upon return was a very long wait.

Hotel staff was great in finding me a room when the reservation I had made with you was no where to be found. I provided them my reservation number, and it was. It there. Thankfully, they had a room for us. I hope I can get my deposit back from you!!

Very poor experience. Front desk personnel did not know what she was doing. Hotel remodeling so furniture roped off, no access to fitness facility, elevator not working, no knowledge of long term parking. When waiting for shuttle, two straight backed chairs were all that were available.

The room was less than average on cleanliness and appearance. The staff was very confused and didn't seem to know what they were doing. The shuttle was on time. The parking was close.

Hotel was fine. However, we were charged quite a bit over what ParkSleepFly had quoted. When I asked hotel staff, we were told it was extra tax....pretty high amount for taxes already included in ParkSleepFly reservation. Hotel staff also attempted to charge us $12.00 per day parking. I again explained to them that was supposed to be included in our rate with ParkSleepFly.

The hotel was good, they did not have our reservation when we arrived even though we had a confirmation number. It was a problem with parksleepfly not the hotel. They were able to find us a room and gave us a discount on their price to match parksleepfly. Was very pleased with their service but not sure about parksleepfly and their reservation accuracy

The hotel is undergoing some renovations so the reception area is very cramped. The staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable

Awful, they’re doing renovations, jackhammers and all. Temporary breakfast room set up in two adjoining standard rooms, cramped and inadequate say the least. Parking lot was too small, had to park at the next hotel.
